• Company Information: Company name, address, and settings
• Financial Data: Chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, and payments
• Contact Data: Customer and vendor names, addresses, and contact details
• Authentication Tokens: OAuth tokens to maintain your QuickBooks Online connection

We also collect:

• Account Information: Email address and name you provide during registration
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Application

We use the collected information to:

• Provide data synchronization between QuickBooks Online and connected systems
• Maintain and improve the Application

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination or disconnection, we delete your QuickBooks Online data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Application is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
