End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Rainy Labs Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") for the use of Reef Connector ("Application"), a QuickBooks Online integration application.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application to connect your QuickBooks Online account with supported third-party systems for data synchronization purposes.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Application to:

• Connect your QuickBooks Online company to the Application
• Synchronize financial data between QuickBooks Online and supported systems
• View and manage synchronized data through the Application interface

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or related systems

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API. Your use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's terms of service. We are not affiliated with Intuit Inc. and do not represent or warrant any endorsement by Intuit.

5. Data Handling

We access only the QuickBooks Online data necessary to provide synchronization services. This may include company information, accounts, transactions, customers, vendors, and invoices. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Application may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks Online account and discontinuing use of the Application. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of this Agreement or for any reason with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
